Owner of Bombear, Natalie Bomberry partners with mission-driven organizations during moments that matter most—major initiatives, public inflection points, organizational change, and high-stakes visibility. With more than 17 years of experience, she helps leaders translate ambitious strategy into aligned execution by bringing clarity, structure, and momentum across teams, partners, and priorities.

Her work sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and brand. Natalie is often brought in when complexity is high and alignment is essential—helping leadership teams turn vision into clear objectives, coordinated work, and outcomes that endure beyond a single moment or campaign.

Natalie served as Head of Brand at Rewiring America, where her work focused on making complex systems understandable, trusted, and actionable for real people. She led a team that drove national efforts to accelerate electrification by aligning multidisciplinary teams and their internal intelligence with clear, audience-centered storytelling and strong operational execution. From flagship moments to large-scale partnerships and community-focused programs, her work ensures visibility translates into funding conversations, durable assets, and long-term momentum. She is deeply committed to work that creates space for community-rooted voices to lead—and to building the operational and narrative infrastructure required to move solutions that disrupt the status quo from awareness to adoption at scale.

Across her career, Natalie has led multidisciplinary teams, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, guided organizations through periods of change, and overseen initiatives where trust, timing, and execution were critical. Earlier, as Vice President of Operations at a leading brand strategy and design agency, Pilot PMR, she built the operational foundation that continues to shape her approach. During this time, she also served as project manager for the agency's brand design work with Toronto Public Library Kids—a project recognized with both a RedDot Award and an Applied Arts Award. Natalie’s leadership is grounded in accountability, care, and clarity.

She is a member of the Indigenous Professional Association of Canada and serves as a Board and Steering Committee Member of People of Colour in Advertising & Marketing (POCAM) Canada. Her contributions to the industry include serving as a judge for the Globe and Mail’s 2023 Canadian Young Lions Competition (Print category), acting as a jury member for Strategy Magazine’s 2023 Marketing Awards in the Public Service category, and participating as a panelist at the 2023 Accelerate Her Future Summit.

She has also written national Indigenous History month and Black History month profiles for POCAM, featured in The Message, highlighting leaders and stories shaping the future of the industry. Natalie is motivated by work that helps organizations, companies and individuals show up consistently and credibly for the communities they serve—especially when the stakes are high and getting it right truly matters.
